I've been using this app for a long time and really couldn't manage without it. It allows me a place to stage big changes to the doco. And when I had a bug, support was there with the answer. Thanks, guys.

Thank you for thinking a bit out of the box there, Anirban Banerjee! I'm back on track. I ran the same query through Chat GPT and it couldn't recommend a solution.

We have been using Comala Publishing Cloud since 2023, and before that, Comala Publishing Server for several years to publish thousands of pages of user-facing product documentation. Since the migration to the Cloud service, there have been minor issues with Comala Publishing, but Appfire has always been quick to assist and resolve them. What I also appreciate is their proactive approach to fixing bugs and adding new features.

I've been using Comala Publishing for Confluence Cloud for almost six months now. It was recommended to me by several peers who work in tech writing as well as by multiple Atlassian representatives. I needed a way to separate my customer-facing knowledge base into dev and prod spaces, and this fit the bill. I also use Comala Document Management to automate the publishing with a workflow. Unfortunately, I happened to become an Appfire customer only a month before a bug in the Confluence API caused issues with the publishing process. This caused quite a headache to say the least, but the Appfire support team was with me every step of the way. Their team communicated with me consistently and provided helpful advice and puzzled through potential workarounds while we waited for a fix from Atlassian. Once the bug was reported as resolved, they kept my support ticket open for several days to make sure that I didn't encounter any subsequent problems. Everyone I've spoken to at Appfire has been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were also exceedingly patient with me as a new user who was still learning the ropes. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Pablo, in particular, for all of his support.
